Afternoon - USDA ESTIMATED BOXED BEEF CUT-OUT VALUES - as of 1:30pm

Based on negotiated prices and volume of boxed beef cuts delivered within 0-21
days and on average industry cutting yields.  Values reflect U.S. dollars per
100 pounds.

Boxed beef cutout values lower on light to moderate demand and moderate
offerings. Select and Choice round and loin cuts steady while rib cuts weak. 
Choice chuck cuts steady while Select lower. Beef trimmings mostly slightly
lower on light to moderate demand and moderate offerings.

week, the New York shell egg inventory is about unchanged. Offerings are light.
Demand into all channels is moderate to fairly good. Market activity is
moderate.
